An experienced real estate agent and broker, Patricia (Trish) Sanderson has facilitated property transactions through Crestar Realty in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, since 2005. Her duties with the firm include performing targeted market analysis and overseeing HOA (homeowners’ association) functions. To augment and inform her professional activities, Patricia Sanderson holds active membership in the Eastern Panhandle Board of REALTORS® (EPBR).

EPBR has promoted growth and development within the real estate industry in northeastern Virginia for more than four decades. As part of these efforts, EPBR recognizes the outstanding achievements of regional real estate professionals through events such as its Annual REALTOR® Celebration.

Sponsored by Integrity Home Mortgage, the 2018 EPBR REALTOR® Celebration took place on March 27, 2018, at Heritage Hall in Inwood, West Virginia. An event that gave industry leaders an opportunity to applaud the accomplishments of their colleagues, it offered special recognition to veteran REALTORS with memberships that stretch three decades or more. The 2018 EPBR REALTOR Celebration also featured dinner and drinks.

An accomplished REALTOR® in West Virginia, Patricia “Trish” Sanderson brings more than three decades of experience to her work as a licensed broker and real estate agent with Crestar Realty in Harpers Ferry. An active member of the wider real estate industry, Patricia Sanderson belongs to professional groups and organizations such as the Eastern Panhandle Board of REALTORS® (EPBR).

Since 1977, EPBR has been dedicated to serving the community of REALTORS® in the Eastern Panhandle region of West Virginia while advocating for equal housing and private property rights. The organization supports its members through a combination of networking events, legislative advocacy, and helpful resources.

Additionally, EPBR maintains a robust education program that includes regularly scheduled REALTOR® Education Development Solutions (REDS) luncheons. Held at the board office in Martinsburg, REDS luncheons take place on the second Wednesday of each month from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm. Each meeting features an expert speaker discussing a different topic related to the real estate industry and offers a free lunch to attendees.

EPBR also supports the education of area students through its scholarship program. Each year, EPBR gives out eight $500 scholarships to graduating area seniors to apply to their higher education expenses.
